We focus on quality parts, fair pricing, and long-term relationships with government and private fleets, installers and auto dealers, and DIY customers. We are hiring a Senior Regional Manager to run our Rio Grande Valley operations. This role oversees store managers across the RGV market, sets the pace for sales and service standards, and works directly with GAP leadership on regional strategy. Compensation Performance bonuses, Company owned vehicle or vehicle allowance, Free employer sponsored health insurance benefits, Performance based PTO (see "What We Offer" below) Responsibilities Lead and develop teams across all RGV locations, assist in partner development Oversee and support sales and promotions, gross margin, and inventory control targets for the region Serve as the link between RGV store teams and GAP leadership Promotion & enforcement of GAP's operational policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations Review store-level performance data each week and act on it Coach managers on staff training, product knowledge, and counter-sales technique Visit stores regularly to verify standards in person Identify growth opportunities including new locations, account expansion, and operational fixes Handle escalations that exceed store-manager authority Qualifications Five or more years in multi-store retail management, automotive parts preferred Working knowledge of P&L, inventory turns, gross margin, and operating expenses Comfortable reading store-level financials and making decisions from them Bilingual English/Spanish required for the RGV market Valid Texas driver's license and ability to travel within the region Track record of hiring, training, and retaining store-level talent Familiarity with automotive parts categories, or the willingness and aptitude to learn quickly Proficiency with inventory control systems and merchandising What We Offer Performance-based bonus & PTO structure Faster PTO vesting, earn PTO after 6 months Company vehicle or vehicle allowance High-quality employer sponsored health insurance Career growth across the broader TAG family of companies
