We are looking for Sales Manager in our professional and exciting fitness studio. Our ideal candidate(s) will have previous commission-based sales experience and thrive in a customer service environment. They will be motivated to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle. As fitness Sales Manager you will be responsible for both inside and outside sales; new membership sales, retaining and growing our membership base by generating and following through on leads, community outreach to increase brand awareness and attract new leads, retail sales and ongoing customer service and member engagement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Commission sales focused individuals, ability to close the deal

• Required Health & fitness-oriented mindset
• Required Previous experience working in a gym
• Preferred Must have excellent customer service skills
• Required Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making daily high-volume sales phone calls High energy, positive, self-motivated individuals looking to continually grow Ability to make weekly and monthly sales quotas Must be outgoing, quick learner Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done!

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet members/guests promptly and enthusiastically; create a friendly, energetic and welcoming atmosphere Conduct studio tours for guests and new members Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns. Conduct professional guest follow up and member communications, via email and phone Complete daily studio cleaning activities Scheduling Managing the team
