ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Leads and manages physician relations and business development activities of the hospital. Educates medical professionals, business professionals, community resources, and others of Carrus Health programs and services. Achieves financial and strategic goals. Seeks new revenue opportunities. Maintains existing revenue by establishing and maintaining customer relationships. Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures and processes. Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requires minimum of three years proven successful marketing/sales management experience in a healthcare setting. Requires basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means. Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or Business Administration (or related field) is preferred. Experience in commercial insurance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements is preferred.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS
De-escalation training is required within 30 days of hire.
