  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dual Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while managing key accounts. Duties Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals. Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches. Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on progress and challenges. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills in outside sales techniques and customer engagement. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the technology or technical sales sectors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals successfully. Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring a team towards achieving common goals. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
