Sales Roles Description Earning Potential:

Earn up to 50% commission on every contract you close! Hourly, plus commission

Who We're Seeking:

Self motivated individuals with a strong drive to succeed. Sales experience is a necessary, with 1 year preferred .

Service Areas:

Roofing services in Cypress, Tomball, Montgomery, Katy, Richmond, and surrounding Houston locations.

What We Offer:

Professionally generated leads provided. ( Based on performance ) All marketing tools provided, covered by ENG Roofing. Manage appointments with homeowners and insurance adjusters.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills. Reliable vehicle for traveling. Professional appearance. Sales experience preferred.

Job Details:

Full-time, commission-based role.

Income Potential:

$50,000-$200,000 annually based on commission.

Required Experience:

Sales experience: 2 years preferred.

Compensation Structure:

Commission-only role with earnings based on performance.

Entry Level:

Sales Account Manager Intermediate Level:

Senior Sales Account Manager Experienced Level:

Sales Manager Additional Compensation:

All income is commission-based.

Work Setup:

Option to work in the area you live within our operating radius. Bi-weekly training meetings in the office.

Work Hours:

Monday to Sunday, flexible schedule determined between you and the VP of Sales based on your performance plan.
