General Sales Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Must have at least 3 years of experience as a General Manager/GSM in a Franchise Automotive Dealership Must have 1 year of experience as a F&I Manager in a Franchise Automotive Dealership Lead all of your teams with a professional management style that promotes enthusiasm, productivity, accountability, and superior guest-service Continually optimize profits through utilizing aggressive KPI management and accountability Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through great service Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.) in an appropriate professional manner, asking for assistance when in need Be a shining example of great culture, motivation, and high performance Sale of all back-end products Procure financing for our customers Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and employees Keep all CIT's under 10 days Finance & Warranty source relations Cultivate and create relationships with lending sources Meet Finance Manager and Store Manager expectations Maximize all back-end products See expectations and compensation structure below Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities:
Self-motivated and competitive with a strong drive to get things accomplished Able to manage a team Conscientious, with a concern for accuracy and details Proficient time-management and organizational skills Exemplary communication and customer service skills Fully proficient with title laws and registration process Excellent verbal/written communication Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Requirements:

  • 5 years of Automotive F&I or Sales Manager Experience Active drivers license
Acceptable MVR & Background Schedule:
5 day work week Monday
  • Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday Operating hours of the store Monday
  • Friday 10 AM
  • 8 PM Saturday 9 AM
  • 7
PM Compensation:
Salary + bonus
