Sales & Marketing Director

Compensation:

$60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to assess the performance of the organization Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients Examine market trends to establish pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business

Qualifications:

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with some experience in a sales management role Excellent written and verbal communication skills About Company Kansagra Partner is a hotel investment and management group, focused on acquiring and developing hotels in the mountain region.
