Utah Prep Academy is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead student enrollment growth across all academy programs. This is one of the most important positions within Utah Prep Academy and will play a direct role in shaping the future growth and success of the organization. The Sales Manager will own the entire enrollment and sales pipeline, from the first inquiry through to enrollment, arrival on campus, and ongoing relationship management. This individual will be responsible for ensuring every prospective family receives a world class experience while helping Utah Prep achieve its enrollment and growth objectives. As the academy continues to grow, Utah Prep is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to help build and manage the systems, relationships, and enrollment processes required to support the next phase of growth. POSITION PURPOSE
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating, managing, nurturing, and converting prospective student inquiries into enrolled students. The position will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families throughout the enrollment journey and will work closely with coaches, administrators, academic staff, referral partners, educational consultants, and ownership to achieve enrollment goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every lead is followed up, every opportunity is maximized, and every prospective family experiences the professionalism, culture, and values that define Utah Prep Academy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnrollment Management Manage the complete student enrollment pipeline Respond promptly to all inquiries from prospective students and families Conduct introductory and discovery calls with prospective families Schedule and facilitate enrollment consultations Guide families through the application and enrollment process Coordinate follow up communication throughout the enrollment journey Assist families with questions regarding tuition, boarding, academics, athletics, scholarships, and student life Secure enrollment commitments and tuition deposits Track enrollment progress and maintain accurate records Lead Management Ensure all leads are entered and maintained within the academy CRM system Develop and maintain lead nurturing systems Track and monitor lead activity Maintain consistent communication with prospective families Develop systems to ensure no inquiry is overlooked Build structured follow up processes and sales workflows Improve conversion rates across all stages of the enrollment process Recruitment and Relationship Development Build relationships with educational consultants and student recruitment agencies Develop referral partnerships throughout the United States and internationally Maintain relationships with coaches, trainers, scouts, and community organizations Support domestic and international student recruitment initiatives Assist with student recruitment across basketball, golf, baseball, soccer, and future academy programs Identify new opportunities to expand enrollment pipelines Build strategic partnerships that support academy growth Campus Visits and Family Experience Coordinate campus tours and visitation experiences Organize virtual information sessions and online consultations Ensure prospective families receive a positive and professional experience Assist with hosting open houses, showcases, camps, and recruitment events Create a welcoming environment for all visiting families Support student onboarding and transition processes Sales Reporting and Forecasting Maintain weekly enrollment reports Track key enrollment metrics and conversion rates Develop enrollment forecasts and projections Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement Provide recommendations to leadership regarding enrollment strategy Present regular updates to executive leadership Internal Collaboration Work closely with the President and executive leadership team Collaborate with coaches regarding student recruitment opportunities Partner with the Admissions Administrator regarding applications, contracts, and onboarding Work alongside the Marketing Manager to maximize lead generation efforts Support strategic growth initiatives across the academy Contribute to the development of enrollment systems and best practices PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Required Proven experience in sales, business development, recruitment, admissions, account management, or client relationship management Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and administrative capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail Professional presentation and communication skills Ability to build trust and credibility with families Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools Self motivated with the ability to work independently Preferred Experience within education, boarding schools, athletics, youth development, or student recruitment Experience working with international students and families Experience in high ticket sales environments Experience developing partnerships and referral networks Knowledge of youth athletics and college pathways PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
