Job Description

ControlByWeb is seeking a Sales Manager & Strategic Growth leader to help guide the company's next phase of expansion. This hybrid leadership and production role is focused on building a proactive outbound sales organization while personally developing strategic OEM, systems integrator, distributor, and enterprise customer relationships. Why Join ControlByWeb Established and profitable U.S.-based manufacturer Strong reputation in industrial monitoring and control Significant opportunity for outbound and enterprise growth Ability to help shape the future direction of the sales organization High visibility role with direct impact on company growth strategy Core Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team with a strong focus on outbound sales activity and pipeline development Establish accountability standards and measurable sales KPIs Personally develop strategic OEM, systems integrator, distributor, and enterprise relationships Travel regularly to meet with customers, channel partners, and prospects Improve CRM discipline, quote follow-up processes, and forecasting accuracy Collaborate with marketing on account-based marketing and vertical growth strategies Help establish a scalable outbound sales culture and process Assist in identifying and prioritizing larger-scale growth opportunities and strategic accounts Required Experience 5-10 years of experience in industrial automation, controls, IIoT, embedded hardware, networking hardware, or related technical hardware sales Experience working with OEMs, systems integrators, distributors, manufacturer representatives, or enterprise industrial customers Demonstrated success developing outbound sales opportunities and strategic customer relationships Experience implementing or improving sales growth strategies, sales processes, and customer engagement initiatives Experience helping transition organizations from reactive sales models toward more proactive outbound growth strategies Strong CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline Leadership or team coaching experience preferred Compensation Structure Base salary plus uncapped commission and leadership incentive structure Total compensation potential increases significantly with both personal production and overall sales team growth Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, driving accountability, improving customer engagement, and helping transition a sales organization from reactive to proactive growth.
