What You'll Actually Do:

SELL. (That's the main thing.) Talk to prospects, follow up with leads, and close memberships Give tours, handle objections, and confidently ask for the commitment Create a high-energy, welcoming environment that gets people excited to join Handle front desk tasks (check-ins, scheduling, basic admin) Keep the GOOD vibes strong…this is fitness, not a library

What We're Looking For:

You're comfortable talking to strangers and starting conversations You don't freeze when it's time to ask for the sale You can handle rejection without taking it personally You bring energy, urgency, and confidence every day You're reliable and can manage both sales and front desk responsibilities Bonus if you have sales or fitness experience…but attitude matters more
