Sales Director:
Provides leadership, motivation and encouragement to the sales team and ensures quotas are met. Provide oversight, coaching, and performance management for sales team members. Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports Use date to project sales, determine profitability and targets and identify potential sales markets Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts Assign territories, sets quotas, and supports each sales representative in each territory Consults with potential customer to understand their needs; identify and suggests equipment, products or services that will meet the customer's needs. Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations. Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies. Prepares sales budget; monitors and improves expenses Acts as company representative at trade association meetings with customers, trade shows, conferences, and industry events as well as to support sales team members and drive market growth Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsible for managing, motivating and encouraging sales representatives and staff Responsible for conducting training and scheduling up-training using a proven sales system Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of sales representatives. Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, a related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience 5+ years of sales experience 5-10+ years of leadership in managerial or director roles across multiple sites or territories. Self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth Experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or industry-specific sales. Data-driven mindset with experience in sales analytics tools and CRM software. Experience in managing sales operations, sales forecasting, and contract negotiations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop sales teams. Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building abilities. Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft office suite Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, climb, balance, taste, and smell. There may be prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15lbs at a time #
