Base Salary up to $52,000 plus Personal Commission and Team Bonuses.
Location:
Fredericksburg, VA (Remote/Field-Based).

Valid Driver's License. The Opportunity You will join our leadership team as a high-performing producer and mentor, driving revenue through both personal excellence and collective team success. This role is designed for a "lead from the front" closer who thrives on the grind and is ready to scale an ethical sales engine. We provide the tools you need—including a company vehicle and gas card—to spearhead growth for a legacy company established in 1976. How You Will Make an Impact Drive the sales team to achieve aggressive monthly revenue targets while maintaining a consistent personal sales pipeline. Lead by example through daily field activity, including door-to-door canvassing and professional roof inspections. Implement and oversee standardized sales workflows to ensure consistency and improve closing ratios across the team. Coach and mentor individual team members to elevate the productivity of our canvassing and sales divisions. Direct field operations to ensure the Mills Roofing brand is represented with honesty and professional excellence. Monitor team performance metrics to distribute monthly bonuses and identify areas for process improvement. Required Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated track record of success in roofing or exterior construction sales. Proven ability to hit high-volume monthly revenue targets consistently. Extensive previous experience with door-to-door lead generation and canvassing. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse sales team. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Experience in process standardization and implementing sales training programs. Advanced knowledge of roofing, siding, and decking materials and inspection techniques. High School Diploma or GED. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with uncapped commission on personal sales. Monthly team performance bonuses based on collective output.
