Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced and qualified marketing professional to join our team and will be responsible for building and maintaining occupancy within our community. The successful candidate will be asked to: Achieves sales objectives and move-in goals as identified by the leadership team. Ensure model room is staged for tours. Support residents and families through the sales and move-in process. Tour prospective residents and families through the facility. Develop a quarterly marketing plan. Track leads and prospects through CRM. Outreach to community to build connections.

Qualifications:

A minimum of three to five years of sales experience with a record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance goals. Sales experience in Senior Living preferred. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and problem-solve. Communication skills are a must. You will need to be able to work with residents, families, placement agencies, other members of the facility team and leadership.
