As a Senior Living Sales Director, you will play a vital role in promoting our unique approach to senior living and helping families make informed decisions about their loved ones' care.

Role:
  • As a Senior Living Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential residents and their families, and promoting our community's services and amenities. You will work closely with our admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for new residents and provide ongoing support to our existing residents and their families.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and build relationships with potential residents and their families through outreach, networking, and community events
  • Conduct tours and presentations of our community, highlighting our unique approach to memory care and supporting services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals and social workers
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
  • Provide ongoing support to residents and their families, addressing concerns and celebrating successes
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Requirements:
