Job Description

CulinArt Sector Salary:
$70,000/Yr-$90,000/Yr CulinArt Group operates over 250 onsite corporate, higher education, private school, healthcare and destination recreation/leisure dining facilities in 18 states, including cafés, coffee bars, concessions, executive dining, catering and conference dining, social catering/special events, office coffee service and vending. CulinArt's extremely diverse client portfolio affords great opportunities for career advancement within the company, across multiple industry segments and geographic regions. Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on, onsite leader responsible for both driving catering sales and executing high-volume events. This role requires the ability to secure multi-thousand-dollar business while leading seamless, end-to-end event delivery. Success in this position depends on strong sales ability, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities Drive catering revenue by prospecting, booking, and managing high-volume events Develop proposals, menus, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs) Lead all onsite event execution, including setup, service, and breakdown Supervise staff, ensure high-quality service, and guest satisfaction Coordinate logistics including staffing, rentals, transportation, and A/V Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance (food, labor, profitability) Build and maintain client and vendor relationships to support business growth Hire, train, and coach team members while maintaining service standards Ensure compliance with HACCP, safety, and sanitation regulations Qualifications 2+ years of experience in catering, events, or hospitality leadership Proven success booking and executing large-scale events Strong knowledge of food service, menu development, and operations Experience managing budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Core Competencies Sales and client relationship management Hands-on operational leadership Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability Technical Skills Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience with event/CRM systems Working knowledge of A/V setup Apply to CulinArt today!
