TheSalesManager, whoworks closely with the Head of Sales,will lead and oversee the sales efforts of the community to meet or exceed the budgeted occupancy. Areas of focus will include first impressions, marketing planning, sales process, lead tracking andfollow-up, and referral development. You willbe responsible forleading all sales and marketing activities, including but not limited to community engagement, referral outreach, lead generation, fielding inquiries, leading tours, and closing.
