We are looking for an ambitious, growth-oriented leader to step in as Center Director and drive our market footprint forward. Position Overview The Center Director is the operational heart and growth engine of the center. In this role, you will take full ownership of top-line revenue growth and sales performance. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a K-12 learning center, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, and aggressively executing a multi-channel marketing and sales strategy. This is not a passive administrative role—it is a fast-paced, high-touch position designed for an energetic leader who loves building community relationships, closing enrollments, and inspiring a team of educators. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Growth & Enrollment Sales Direct the
Sales Process:
Lead families confidently from their initial inquiry and diagnostic testing through to enrollment. Translate testing data into compelling academic programs that demonstrate immediate value to parents.
Pipeline & Retention Management:
Actively monitor inquiry-to-enrollment conversion rates, student hour metrics, and fee collections. Ensure unmatched customer service to maintain high student retention.
Top-Line Ownership:
Focus on accelerating center performance, tracking key growth metrics, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 2. Multi-Channel Marketing & Community Out-Reach School Alignment & B2
B Marketing:
Build and maintain collaborative, high-impact relationships with local school administrators, guidance counselors, teachers, and parent-teacher organizations (PTAs).
Local Digital & Grassroots Execution:
Leverage local social media channels, manage online reputation (Google reviews), and lead localized email marketing campaigns using provided CRM tools.
Event & Community Marketing:
Identify, coordinate, and attend local community events, school fairs, and business expos to generate consistent lead flow and boost brand visibility. 3.
Center Operations & Instructional Leadership Staff Management:
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise part-time instructional staff and tutors, ensuring high morale and strict adherence to Huntington instructional standards.
Academic Progress Monitoring:
Regularly review student programs and coordinate with teachers to guarantee measurable academic achievement and data-driven progress reviews for parents.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
4-year Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience:
3+ years in center management, retail/hospitality management, consultative sales, or supplemental education management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Sales & Marketing Acumen:
Exceptional face-to-face and phone consultative sales skills. Comfortable executing grassroots local marketing campaigns and managing a pipeline via a CRM.
Communication Style:
Highly articulate, compassionate, and capable of building instant trust with parents, school administrators, and students alike.
Drive:
An enthusiastic, self-motivated personality capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Logistics:
Valid state driver's license and access to reliable transportation (required for school visits and local marketing events).
What We Offer Competitive Base Salary:
$40,000 - $50,000 base pay + Bonus.
