The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for two extended‑stay hotels. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies that maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through corporate, government, relocation, and extended‑stay business. The Sales Manager serves as the primary sales liaison for both brands while maintaining brand standards, cultivating strong client relationships, and collaborating with on‑property leadership. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both properties to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals Proactively solicit new corporate, government, military, relocation, and project‑based extended‑stay accounts Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular client engagement, site visits, and contract renewals Negotiate and execute local corporate, LNR, and extended‑stay agreements in alignment with brand and ownership guidelines Account Management & Market Development Identify local demand generators such as hospitals, construction projects, defense contractors, and business parks Conduct outside sales calls, cold calls, networking events, and community outreach Represent both hotels at chamber events, trade shows, brand sales initiatives, and local business functions Maintain accurate account records, rate negotiations, and assessments of production performance Collaboration & Strategy Partner with General Managers, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to align pricing, inventory, and sales efforts Participate in weekly revenue meetings and adjust strategies based on pickup, market trends, and forecast data Ensure brand‑specific sales standards and reporting requirements for IHG and Hilton are met Reporting & Administration Track sales activities, account production, and pipeline metrics using approved CRM and brand systems Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for ownership and management Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to recommend proactive strategy adjustments Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of hotel sales manager experience , preferably in extended‑stay or select‑service properties Prior experience with IHG and/or Hilton brand systems strongly preferred Proven success in corporate and extended‑stay account development Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven with the ability to manage two properties simultaneously Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and hotel sales systems Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for sales calls Preferred Experience Background in corporate housing, relocation, or government/military travel segments Experience managing dual‑property or multi‑brand hotel sales portfolios
