Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals Manage the full sales process, ensuring a premium Harleyâ€'Davidson customer experience Drive lead followâ€'up, appointment setting, and showroom traffic conversion Work closely with BDC, Finance, Parts, and Service to maximize profitability Monitor KPIs, track performance, and implement improvement strategies Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to maintain a highâ€'performing team Oversee showroom presentation, merchandising, and customer engagement standards Support dealership events, rides, and community outreach to grow brand presence

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in automotive, RV, Marine, powersports, or similar retail Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable Excellent communication, negotiation, and Customer-Service abilities High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers ride Strong understanding of CRM processes, lead management, and sales metrics Ability to thrive in a fastâ€'paced, highâ€'volume dealership environment Motorcycle experience or Harleyâ€'Davidson enthusiasm is a major plus Please upload your resume.
