This dynamic role offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of used car sales operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster a high-performance environment. As a key leader within our dealership, you will drive revenue growth by cultivating customer relationships, managing inventory, and implementing innovative sales techniques. Your expertise in automotive sales combined with exceptional communication skills will ensure an outstanding customer experience and elevate our dealership's reputation in the community. Duties Lead and motivate the used car sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share for high-end and retail vehicle sales Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting through closing, utilizing CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions Conduct negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial deals while maintaining profitability and adherence to dealership policies Oversee inventory management, including inventory control, pricing strategies, and timely reconditioning of vehicles to maximize turnover Engage in outbound sales activities such as cold calling, B2B (business-to-business) outreach, and community marketing efforts to generate new leads Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette, in-person interactions, and multilingual communication when applicable. Utilize sales support tools and CRM systems to monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Maintain organized records of all transactions, deal documentation, and compliance with automotive industry standards Must Know Dealer Center and Dealer Track Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales with a strong background in used car retail management or dealership experience Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, negotiation, and high-end vehicle transactions Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and generating reports Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases Knowledge of inventory management techniques, retail math calculations, and automotive market trends Experience with outbound calling strategies such as cold calling or telemarketing campaigns Ability to deliver compelling public speaking presentations or participate in community outreach efforts (Must have Finances Experience) Must two or more years of experience Join us as a Used Car Sales Manager where your leadership will inspire success!
