Community Size:
59 Beds We're looking for a top-tier Sales Director — someone genuinely exceptional at what they do. This isn't an average sales role. We need a proven performer with a strong reputation, someone known for delivering real results: high occupancy, consistent revenue growth, and ideally a 90-100% admissions conversion rate. If you understand the numbers behind occupancy, revenue, and EBITDA—and you've actually driven them—this could be a great fit. This role is with a high-end senior living community that's part of a respected and growing organisation. The environment, the standards, and the expectations are all premium. We're raising the bar in both care and experience, particularly in memory care, and we need someone who can match that level on the sales side. What you'll be doing You'll essentially own the sales function for the community. From the first enquiry through to move-in, you'll guide families through what can be an emotional and important decision, while also keeping a strong commercial focus. Managing the full sales journey from lead to move-in Building real relationships with families, residents, and referral partners Running tours that feel personal, not scripted — showing what makes the community special Working closely with the Executive Director to hit (and exceed) occupancy targets Keeping CRM systems updated and using data to stay on top of performance What we're looking for A strong track record in sales — senior living is ideal, but hospitality or healthcare backgrounds can also work Someone confident, credible, and naturally good with people Highly organised, with solid follow-through (no dropped leads) Commercially aware — you understand occupancy, revenue, and margins Most importantly, someone who genuinely cares about the people they're working with Why this role stands out You'll be part of a company that's growing and doing things properly The community itself is high-end, well-run, and a great environment to represent There's real opportunity here for someone who wants to make an impact and be recognised for it If you know you're operating at a high level and want a role where that actually matters, it's worth a conversation.
