Salary Range:

$65000.00 - $70000.00 per hour , plus bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of multiple locations Implement strategies to enhance sales and customer service Lead, train, and motivate a talented team Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in management, preferably in the food & beverage industry Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Willingness to travel between locations as needed
