We are looking for a leader to oversee all aspects of the used vehicle department, including inventory management, sales strategies, and team leadership. Step into your future today! $78,000.00-$144,000.00 commission/year Responsibilities Oversee the acquisition and management of used vehicle inventory, ensuring they are properly priced and displayed Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas Ensure all sales practices adhere to legal standards and company policies, including proper documentation and disclosures Recruit, train, and help manage the sales staff and assist in closing deals Promote a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues Qualifications Previous dealership experience In-depth knowledge of used car sales processes, market trends and inventory management Strong leadership and team management skills Familiar with dealership management systems and other relevant software Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Quality customer service and communication skills Clean driving record & valid driver's license Available Benefits subject to eligibility requirements: Medical, Vision, & Dental Insurance Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance Voluntary Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Hospital Indemnity Insurance 401k plan, subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements
Paid Time Off:
All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
