Job Description

DECPT develops next-generation multispectral camouflage solutions in the form of stick-on nanostructured foil that delivers superior thermal concealment for effective signature management across platforms and domains. As modern battlefields become increasingly sensor-saturated, such protective technologies enhance survivability and are becoming ever more mission-critical. As the company expands its presence in the United States, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive growth in the U.S. defense market and actively engage with customers and end-users. This role sits at the intersection of military operators, defense industry partners and leadership, helping translate operational needs into commercial opportunities and market insight. Because the U.S. organization is still in its early stages, this role requires someone comfortable operating in a hands-on environment and contributing across multiple aspects of market development, and in particular, customer relations Key Responsibilities Represent DECPT to DoD organizations, federal agencies, primes, integrators and OEM partners Identify, qualify and advance opportunities within the U.S. defense market Build relationships with military end-users and defense stakeholders Represent the company at industry events, demonstrations and conferences Plan and execute product demonstrations and field evaluations Capture insights and deliver structured feedback to leadership Provide forecasting and opportunity analysis Serve as an ambassador for DECPT's technology Qualifications Background in business development, sales or partnerships within the defense industry Hands-on experience with product demonstrations and presentations Familiarity with the U.S. defense ecosystem, including DoD stakeholders, primes, integrators and procurement pathways Experience with defense technologies, military equipment or advanced hardware solutions is highly desirable Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to engage with both military operators and senior industry stakeholders Structured and analytical approach to opportunity development Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-growing defense technology environment Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills About

The company works closely with defense organizations and partners to deliver innovative capabilities for the modern battlefield. In addition to competitive compensation, the role includes participation in the company's warrant program, providing the opportunity to share in the value created in the company. Compensation The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000-$115,000, depending on experience, plus commission and equity participation. This salary range represents a good-faith estimate at the time of posting in accordance with applicable laws.
