Spokane, WA Compensation:
$52,000 base salary + commission + override
On-Target Earnings:
$200,000 - $300,000+ About Us Bath Planet of Spokane, located in Spokane, WA, is experiencing rapid growth, supported by a strong and consistent flow of qualified leads. Our reputation is built on delivering high-quality products and expert installations throughout the Spokane market. As we continue expanding, we're seeking an experienced and driven Selling Sales Manager to elevate our team and results. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position based in Spokane, WA, where you'll take on a dual role-actively selling while leading and coaching a team of In-Home Sales Representatives. You'll work alongside your team in the field, providing real-time coaching, driving performance, and helping close deals. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and has strong experience in one-call closing within a 1-day sales cycle. Key Responsibilities + Review and manage appointments set by the Inside Sales team + Run a minimum of 5 in-home leads per week for training and revenue generation + Support team members in-home to assist with closing opportunities + Conduct cancel/save appointments to recover potential lost sales + Collaborate with the rehash team to maximize conversion opportunities + Monitor individual and team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly goals + Deliver ongoing coaching, training, and development for sales reps + Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance standards What We're Looking For + 5+ years of successful in-home sales experience +
Required:
Proven one-call close experience (1-day sales process) + 2+ years of sales management experience strongly preferred + Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills + Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities + Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment + Proficiency with technology (iPads, CRM systems, digital contracts) + Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Compensation & Structure (Transparent & Compliant) +
Base Salary:
($52,000 annually) +
Additional Earnings:
+ Commission on personal sales + Override on team performance +
On-Target Earnings:
