Job Description

Doug's Mazda has an opportunity for a driven, experienced, and a people-first oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team to successful levels. Candidates with 5+ years of automotive management experience will be given priority for this position. A proven track record of performance, leadership, and loyalty is required.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all daily showroom activities. Train, mentor, and develop our salespeople. Drive our new and used sales. Desking within Vinsolutions CRM mastery with Vinsolutions experience preferred. Work closely with the manufacturer and maintain clear and concise communication. Inventory management skills with Vauto preferred. Mentor our Finance Department and maintain the highest levels of compliance.
Our Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales management within the industry. CDK DMS experience preferred. Proven history of strong performance and team leadership. Strong work history demonstrating commitment and loyalty. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
