Job Description

We are a rapidly growing designer, builder, and marketer of welded heavy gauge adventure boats. We deliver premium boats to families, anglers, and adventurers across North America. Renaissance Marine Group is comprised of two brands: Duckworth and Weldcraft. These brands are distributed through independent dealers across North America. We're seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing who is ready to drive sales growth, strengthen our brand presence, and expand into new markets. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys building strong dealer and customer relationships.
ACTIVITIES YOU'LL GET TO DO
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share Establish and manage sales forecasts, targets, and performance metrics Identify and pursue new markets and growth opportunities Expand and manage dealer and distribution networks Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and key stakeholders Lead and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across multiple channels Oversee brand positioning and corporate identity Conduct market research and competitive analysis Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams Manage the Sales & Customer Service Team
QUALIFICATIONS
5-10+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience Experience working with dealer networks or distribution channels Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies Strong business acumen and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

WE OFFER

Pay:
$105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
