Full-Time About Us Poulsbo RV is a leading RV dealership known for delivering outstanding customer experiences and offering a wide selection of high-quality recreational vehicles. As we continue to grow, we're focused on performance, leadership, and building strong teams—and we're looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead operations at our Everett and Sumner locations. Position Overview The RV Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from first contact through final delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can motivate a team to consistently meet and exceed goals. Key Responsibilities Lead daily sales operations and drive the team to meet or exceed sales targets Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team Coach staff on closing techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results Build strong customer relationships and handle escalated concerns Work closely with inventory and management teams to maintain the right product mix Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and consistent follow-up processes Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations Qualifications Previous sales management experience in RV, automotive, or a related industry preferred Proven ability to lead a team and consistently achieve sales goals Strong closing skills and understanding of the full sales process Excellent communication and leadership abilities Experience with CRM systems and performance tracking Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Why Join Poulsbo RV?
