Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and strategic Director of Sales to lead our sales organization with passion and purpose. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth by developing innovative sales strategies, nurturing key client relationships, and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results. Your leadership will shape the future of our business development efforts, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and market expansion goals. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends, leveraging tools like Salesforce and CRM software to track progress and optimize performance. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet or exceed targets through effective training, goal setting, and performance management. Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research, strategic planning, and proactive outreach to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized engagement, negotiation, and exceptional service delivery. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility. Oversee the sales pipeline management process using CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on leads. Manage key negotiations, contracts, and project timelines to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in sales leadership roles with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer data, pipeline activities, and reporting. Demonstrated ability in business development, strategic planning, and executing sales initiatives that drive growth. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively. Strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of sales objectives. Knowledge of marketing strategies that support sales growth and customer engagement. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, along with proficiency in using data analytics to inform decision-making.
