Job Description

Sales Manager•Home Care BrightStar Care of Appleton BrightStar Care of Appleton is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Manager•Home Care to help grow our home care services throughout the community. In this role, you will build partnerships with hospitals, senior living communities, physician offices, and other healthcare professionals while helping families connect with the care they need.
Pay & Benefits:
$55,000•65,000 per year + commission Commission bonus of up to $10,000+ Gas stipend Paid Time Off Weekly or same-day pay available through ZayZoon Supportive team culture that treats you like family Training and professional growth opportunities
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, hospice programs, physicians and community organizations Conduct community outreach and networking visits Respond to client inquiries and guide families through care options Promote BrightStar Care services including personal care, skilled nursing, and staffing Track outreach activities using CRM systems
Qualifications:
1-2 years of sales, outreach, or healthcare business development experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Insured reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Bonus If You Have Experience With Home health or senior care referrals Community networking and local outreach Consultative or relationship-based sales Join BrightStar Care of Appleton and help us provide A Higher Standard of Care to families in our community.
