North America Sales Manager - Paper & Board Machines Your Impact As NA Sales Manager, you will lead strategic sales initiatives for Paper & Board Machines across North America. This role combines technical depth with commercial leadership to deliver high-value solutions that strengthen ANDRITZ's market position and help customers meet their performance and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities
    Drive Growth:
    Develop and execute strategies to expand ANDRITZ's Paper & Board Machine business in North America.
      Lead Consultative Sales:
      Engage customers with a solution-oriented approach, translating technical capabilities into business value.
        Proposal Leadership:
        Coordinate with Applied Technology and global teams to prepare accurate, competitive technical and commercial offers.
          Strategic Account Management:
          Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
            Market Intelligence:
            Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
              Forecasting & Reporting:
              Provide input on order forecasts, maintain CRM data integrity, and deliver actionable insights to management.
                Collaboration:
                Work closely with global partners to ensure alignment on customer solutions and growth initiatives. What Success Looks Like
                • Achieving and exceeding annual order intake and margin targets.
                • Expanding ANDRITZ's footprint in priority segments through strategic wins.
                • Driving adoption of innovative technologies and sustainable solutions.
                Qualifications Education:
                • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Paper, or related Engineering discipline.
                Experience:
                • 15+ years in technical capital sales for Paper & Board Machines or similar complex process equipment.
                • Proven track record in consultative selling and negotiating high-value contracts.
                • Deep technical knowledge of Paper & Board Machine processes and applications.
                Skills & Attributes:
                • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
                • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
                • Ability to lead complex sales cycles and collaborate across global teams.
                • Multilingual (English required; Spanish or French a plus).
