Job Description

In-Person | Full-Time | Monday-Friday Ready to lead sales growth for a premium team apparel brand Join a company where relationships, quality, and results matter. Our Client is a well-established, locally based manufacturer of high-quality team uniforms and jackets. Known for their craftsmanship and strong customer relationships, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager to help grow our Client's business and lead sales efforts across multiple regions. This is a relationship-driven sales role in a hands-on, team-oriented environment working closely with ownership and customers in the sports industry. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of an established book of business, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers Revitalize an already established, well-loved brand Identify and develop new business opportunities to continue growing your territory Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full sales cycle, from initial conversation through post-sale support Partner closely with ownership and internal teams (product, production, customer service) to deliver a high-quality customer experience Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve products, processes, and sales strategy Help ensure customer needs are met by coordinating production timelines, product details, and order accuracy Represent the company with strong product knowledge, professionalism, and a relationship-first mindset Will be working part-time in production to understand the products you sell Travel 50% for the first year to meet current clients, 25% min travel year 2 and on (Trips last 1-3 days and may be on a weekend day) Compensation Base salary range: $60,000 - $150,000 (based on experience) Annual performance bonus tied to company profitability Clear opportunity for salary growth based on performance and development This role is ideal for someone who values long-term relationship building and stable, growth-based earnings, rather than a purely commission-driven structure We are open to: Candidates that can demonstrate practical exposure and are ready to grow with guidance Experienced sales professionals, with compensation aligned to proven performance What We're Looking For Must love sports - especially talking about it!
