Job Description

We need Skilled Sales Team Members at Bobcat Plus because we are growing and our product lines are growing with us. All of our product lines are expanding quickly with new products and new models. We are Wisconsin's largest Bobcat dealer and growing. Are you an aggressive, hard-working sales professional looking for an exciting new career? Do you thrive on setting your own schedule and growing a territory as if you own it? We are seeking to expand our team in the Western Wisconsin territory in the greater Eau Claire area. We sell and rent BOBCAT skid steer loaders, track loaders, excavators, utility vehicles, and related equipment to contractors, government, and homeowner markets. We also sell AVANT Loaders and LEGUAN Lifts as well as a wide array of short line products. You will be calling on and developing our customer base, demonstrating, selling, renting, and promoting our products. Sales or industry experience will be helpful. The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with local travel and consistently generate new sales leads. The candidate should be able to effectively track their sales and communicate with other team members while out in the field. The hub store for this Territory is our Eau Claire WI, Locations, but the Territory will work in an assigned portion of Western Wisconsin in the Eau Claire area. Must possess a Class A CDL or be willing and able to obtain a Class A CDL Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients
  • Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
  • Generate potential leads for future sales
  • Set and exceed quotas
  • Track and report sales in an organized manner
  • Communicate effectively with other members of the team
