Rochester Concrete Products Job Description - Territory Sales Manager Sales Department 50 Hours per Week Salary +
Bonus Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand the activities and philosophies of Rochester Concrete Products. Responsible for the sales of RCP's residential and commercial Hardscape products in your territory Responsible for sales and product training for Distributors, Landscapers, Landscape Architects, Engineers, Architects, Wall Builders, Paver Installers, Contractors and others that use Hardscape Products or design with them. Able to use our customized CRM software Develop and implement various marketing programs to stimulate RCP sales: Industry trade shows and seminars. Training programs for marketing, sales and installation. Utilize the telephone or e-mail marketing in order to obtain new accounts, get existing projects approved, and ensure RCP is "spec'd in" for new projects. (Minimum of 180-200 minutes per day when in the office.) Establish annual sales projections for RCP products, and anticipate future market conditions to formulate a marketing plan for future expansion in your territory. Estimate an annual sales budget within your territory. Operate within company policy and submit weekly reports as requested. Perform other duties as requested by your superior.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to train other personnel in the use of RCP products. College degree. Three or more years of sales experience. Experience in promoting new products. Ability to use the following programs: CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements:
Able to travel to customer sites and lift/carry individual blocks, sample boards/boxes.
