Market Liaison - Skilled Nursing & Post-Acute Care Racine & Kenosha, Wisconsin Market Full-Time | Healthcare Sales | Business Development | Admissions | Skilled Nursing Champion Care is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Market Liaison to support census growth and referral development throughout the Racine and Kenosha markets. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare sales, admissions, business development, hospital relations, post-acute care, or skilled nursing who enjoys building partnerships and driving results. As a Market Liaison, you will serve as the face of our organization within the community, developing strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, and other healthcare referral sources. Your efforts will directly impact admissions growth and help patients access high-quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, assisted living communities, and healthcare providers throughout Racine and Kenosha Generate referrals and drive admissions growth for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers Conduct facility visits, hospital rounds, and community outreach activities Educate referral partners on our short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite care, and specialty clinical services Partner with facility leadership and admissions teams to ensure smooth transitions of care Track referral activity and identify opportunities for market growth Represent Champion Care at networking events, healthcare associations, and community events Build and execute strategic business development plans to increase market presence and occupancy Qualifications Experience in healthcare sales, healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, case management, or skilled nursing preferred Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, or healthcare operations preferred Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Racine and Kenosha markets What We Offer Competitive salary Performance-based bonus opportunity Company car Company laptop Company cell phone Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Supportive leadership team Career growth opportunities If you are passionate about healthcare, relationship-building, and helping patients access quality post-acute care services, we encourage you to apply today.
