General Sales Manager Allen Media Broadcasting is seeking a passionate and driven General Sales Manager to lead our stations in the La Crosse/Eau Claire market�two vibrant, energetic collegemunities. Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing Local Sales Manager with a strong digital background or a Digital Sales Manager looking to advance into a broader leadership role. In this role, you will lead, inspire, and grow a talented sales team while helping shape the future of our stations in a strong andpetitive broadcast market.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
  • Drive revenue growth by creating and selling innovative opportunities across news and sports platforms
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams across Local, Regional, and Digital channels
  • Forecast, manage, and consistently exceed revenue goals
  • Foster a positive, motivated, and results-driven team culture
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in broadcast sales management (required)
  • A passion for coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue goals and driving business growth
  • Strong expertise in Local, Regional, and Digital sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership,munication, andanizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast revenue, and make strategic decisions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong track record in television sales (local and/or national preferred)
  • Effective leadership and motivational abilities
  • Solidputer and digital proficiency
