Serve as the main point of contact for personal lines clients—handling service needs with professionalism and accuracy Collaborate closely with producers and internal teams to meet client expectations and find solutions Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay current on insurance products and practices Communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively across channels
