Leads the Integrated Solutions Specialist team and the organization to execute the John Deere Precision Ag Technology strategy. Identify customer and market needs in order to develop comprehensive services and solutions to address those needs.
Essential Functions:
Works with the Corporate Sales Manager to develop the strategic direction and delivery of integrated solution technologies and services. Oversees the adoption of new technology, Precision Ag, Precision Upgrade Kits (PUK), and data service offerings across the dealership. Creates development plans, sets goals, and leads the Integrated Solutions Specialist team to meet individual, team, and departmental metrics. Creates and implements a successful business model for consulting services including data management, customer org, machine health and machine readiness. Oversees training across the organization for both employees and customers on Precision Ag products and services. Develops and contributes to integrated solutions elements of the overall dealer and John Deere strategy. Works with Marketing in the development of the marketing strategy for Precision Ag technology and consulting services. Reviews new stocking levels for Precision Ag Technology hardware, software, and Precision Upgrade Kits (PUK's) with Inventory Managers to ensure sales goals are met. Acts as a liaison between the used market conditions and the inventory managers to ensure proper pricing is set on used technology inventory. Works with all departments and employees to promote top tier customer satisfaction Manages budgets in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives. Leads recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for direct reports. Presents a positive, professional image in dress and conduct at all times. All other job duties as assigned. 5+ years of experience in an agricultural-related role. Dealership sales, service, training, or other related work experience preferred. Ability to think strategically and operate with a solutions first approach. Demonstrates leadership, organizational, management, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills Familiar with John Deere and competitive Precision Ag technology products and services. Associates or Bachelors Degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience. Valid Driver's License, and insurable driving history with the ability to work flexible hours and travel to all locations.
