The Entry Level Sales Manager will coordinate outreach that introduces customers to AT&T's products and services. As an Entry Level Sales Manager, we will be training you in AT&T Fiber Internet, learning the essentials of how our services support everyday home connectivity. After training, you will then help customers enjoy reliable, consistent internet, guiding them toward solutions that fit their schedules and lifestyles. The Entry Level Sales Manager will also manage and support their team in daily sales operations, ensuring processes run smoothly. Core Functions of the Entry Level Sales Manager Drive AT&T Fiber Internet enrollments and sales by highlighting the value of fast, reliable, and tailored connectivity solutions for households. Track, manage, and support team performance using activity records and dashboards to ensure alignment with specific goals. Provide ongoing coaching to team members to enhance communication skills, sales effectiveness, and enrollment success. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment operations and accurate processing of all customer orders. Maintain current knowledge of AT&T Fiber Internet plans, promotions, and benefits to clearly communicate value to residents. Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Sales Manager High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in sales, customer service, or management is a plus. Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Sales Manager Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate documentation and reporting. Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with sales teams and leadership. Strong time management skills to balance team support and activities. Enthusiasm for learning and staying current on AT&T Fiber offerings and promotions.
Role Overview and details:
Compensation:
This is a base pay + commission position. Average earnings range from $900 to $1300 per week based on individual and team performance, with additional bonus opportunities.
Schedule:
Full-time availability required, 40 hours per week
Monday-Saturday Employment Type:
W2 Full-time employee (not contract or commission-only), In person , located in Shorewood, WI.
Client / product:
Representatives will work with AT&T's customers helping oversee account management and enroll new customers with AT&T.
