Be Doing:
Planning sales and gross objectives Monthly inventory requirements Plans for employee development Establishing methods and procedures to accomplish planned objectives Recruiting and hiring sales personnel Record and report sales performance Scheduling sales team- floor, vacations, etc. Analyze performance in order to determine why performance is above or below expectation Organizing demos, appraisals, closings, deliveries, and incentives
Qualifications:
