This position is designed for long-term territory ownership, stable compensation, and real income growth . Who This Is For This is for a salesperson who: Wants to build something that compounds over time Is tired of starting over every 12-18 months Understands that relationships are greater than transactions Wants a clear path to six figures , not empty promises If you're looking for easy leads or a transactional sales cycle, this is not a fit. The Role This is a B2B, relationship-driven outside sales role in the disaster restoration industry. You'll build a referral partner and commercial client network who consistently send business your way, including: Property Managers Facility Managers Insurance Agents & Adjusters Plumbers, HVAC & Contractors You are not chasing one-off deals—you are building a repeatable pipeline through trust and positioning . What Makes This Different Protected territory you can actually own No comp plan games No revolving-door sales structure Proven system for building referral pipelines Leadership that understands sales and supports it This is a structured sales environment , not trial-and-error. What You'll Do Build and grow a B2B referral network through hunting and farming Conduct in-person meetings and relationship development Run consultative conversations , not product pitches Track pipeline and activity in CRM Work closely with operations to ensure strong outcomes Consistently build toward predictable deal flow Who Succeeds 2+ years B2B outside sales experience Comfortable building a territory from zero Comfort with regional territory coverage in smaller markets (~125,000 population) Strong networking and relationship-building ability High level of work ethic, self-discipline and follow-through Coachable, but not dependent What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months) A real referral network producing opportunities Consistent weekly meetings A visible, growing pipeline Income trending toward $100K+ About the Company K-Tech Kleening & Restoration Systems has been serving Central and Northern Wisconsin since 1975 with expert disaster restoration and specialty cleaning solutions.
