Bring our community to life through stories that connect both heart and mind, highlighting resident experiences that resonate with each family's journey. Anticipate concerns, uncover true barriers, and reframe them with compassion and clarity. Move families forward with gentle assertiveness, focusing on outcomes that matter most to them. Drive the process with consistency and organization — timely follow-ups, scheduled next steps, and close attention to each milestone from lead to move-in. Partner with our Executive Director, clinical leaders, and team members to create authentic, memorable experiences that turn interest into move-ins. POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible, under the Executive Director's supervision, for achieving high resident occupancy by generating community activities, tours, prospective resident follow-up, etc. The Sales & Marketing Director must be self-motivated, organized and professional. He/she must diligently and conscientiously devote full and exclusive time and attention, and best efforts to job responsibilities. Demonstrates judgment and sound discretion on a consistent basis that ensures complete/full occupancy of the facility at the earliest time possible. Why Charter Senior Living?
