Job Description
Delta Defense is hiring a skilled VP, Digital Sales & Acquisition for its growing Revenue Vertical. This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will be responsible for leading the digital marketing teams that generate new membership growth for the USCCA. The qualified candidate is a highly quantitative-skilled marketer with demonstrated experience in acquiring new customers for membership-based organizations. This candidate will leverage ~$40M in marketing funding to orchestrate paid, owned/organic, and earned media channels to generate qualified leads that align to our core segments and convert into memberships at target cost per acquisition goals. The candidate should also possess a track record of achievement in scaling digital businesses within a growth-focused organization. This is a headquarters-based role. Critical skills that set the preferred candidate apart from their peer group include: A strong analytical discipline that enables the leader to plan, execute, and measure a digital marketing team purely on the quantitative benefits of its underlying economic math. Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and channels that can be monetized for new digital memberships at scale. - and lower-funnel execution and optimization.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. 10-12+ years experience of digital marketing execution. Leadership within direct-to-consumer (DTC) and/or business-to-consumer (BTC) brands. 5-7+ years in a leadership role within a mid-size/large organization and able to navigate organizational boundaries effectively. Experience with AI-driven marketing tools for personalization, predictive analytics, and dynamic content generation via GEO/SEO. Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communications skills.Preferred:
Experience with CDP, segmentation, targeting, and analytics tools including Braze, Google Analytics, Google Search console, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, BrightEdge, SurferSEO, AthenaHQ, and Semrush.
