Aaron's Sales and Lease in Summersville, WV is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our customer base while coaching and motivating a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and maintain a growing customer base through effective sales and relationship-building strategies. Develop and execute monthly sales plans aligned with company goals. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom floor. Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and displayed. Provide daily coaching, support, and guidance to the sales team to help them reach individual goals. Set up customer accounts accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a positive and customer-focused environment within the store.

Qualifications:

1+ year of sales experience in a relevant field preferred. 1+ year of supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales and service. Must possess a valid West Virginia driver's license . High school diploma or equivalent required. Why Join Us?
