Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities Lead up to 6 General Managers toward further operational and financial success Partner with peers and colleagues to strategically lead our organization Focus on results-driven planning and execution to facilitate continued growth Responsible for all financial implications for designated territory Uphold training and brand standards in all capacities Restaurant District Manager Qualifications 3+ years in a multi-unit management position with a leading Fast Food/QSR company Impeccable tenure, including progressive career experience and stable work history Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed financial metrics in challenging markets and facilitate growth into new markets Responsibility for running around 6 restaurants while overseeing multiple General Managers Restaurant District Manager Compensation Competitive annual salary with outstanding bonus potential Strong Healthcare package including medical dental and vision PTO/Vacation Mileage reimbursement, car allowance, and tech package Continued growth opportunities based on performance
