www.highoctanedist.com Who We're Looking For A driven, positive, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships and helping customers keep their operations running smoothly. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, you'll thrive in a role where initiative is recognized and steady performance is rewarded. This position covers an established territory across western WV counties, managing dealership and independent automotive service accounts by supporting ongoing supply needs, product replenishment, and inventory solutions. What You'll Do (Our Expectations) You'll serve as the primary point of contact for your territory—supporting customers through consistent service, product replenishment, and tailored solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and growing long-term relationships with automotive service providers Promoting and selling essential shop supplies, fluids, filters, and consumable products Managing recurring reorder business and identifying opportunities to increase account usage Conducting regular account visits to assess inventory needs and recommend solutions Prospecting and onboarding new service accounts Following up on leads through cold calling and scheduled outreach Achieving consistent territory sales goals and growth targets Tracking usage trends and forecasting customer needs Staying current on new products and industry best practices Coordinating product demonstrations and customer training when applicable Preparing and delivering professional sales presentations Ensuring timely fulfillment and high customer satisfaction Managing territory financial performance and account receivables Collaborating with teammates, management, and support departments Represent the company with professionalism, including maintaining a polished appearance appropriate for customer-facing environments.
