Role:
As the Outside Regional Sales Manager, you'll report to VP of Sales. You'll lead and grow our fiber optic broadband service across a residential territory, managing sales channels like D2D, B2B, residential agents, multifamily, and community engagement. Your leadership will drive results, boost team performance, and expand our customer base.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruit, lead, and motivate a team of internal and contract sales professionals across multiple channels, including D2D, multifamily, and community engagement. Assign and manage territories while overseeing KPIs, sales activity, and team growth. Develop and implement innovative strategies to reach more households with fiber optic internet. Travel throughout the state to engage with customers and drive sales. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, delighting customers and outpacing competitors.
Requirements:
A proven leader with 3+ years of experience managing top-performing sales teams. 1+ years of experience in residential telecommunications (cable, telco, or fiber) sales, with demonstrated success. Expertise in analyzing sales trends, forecasting, and uncovering opportunities within KPIs. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong business judgment, emotional intelligence, and an ability to influence and inspire others. Ability to thrive independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
