Business Development Manager The Campbell County Chamber of Commerce located in Gillette, WY is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager responsible for growing and supporting a membership-based nonprofit organization. This position focuses on business prospecting, sponsorship development, sales, and member relationship management . The ideal candidate will have relationship-building skills, closing abilities, excellent customer service and, and the ability to clearly communicate the value of Chamber membership. This individual must also be comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Prospect and recruit new Chamber members Develop and secure sponsorship opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with current members Provide exceptional customer service and support Promote the value of Chamber programs, events, and membership benefits Qualifications 3-5 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Ability to learn and utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Working knowledge of membership-based organizations is a plus To Apply Please email your resume and salary requirements to gaill@gillettechamber.com by May 1, 2026 .
