Full Job Description Bistro Attendant Position Purpose:
Provide outstanding food and beverage service by taking orders and delivering items in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner. This role is key to creating a welcoming Bistro experience and achieving a high level of guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
Greet guests and take food & beverage orders Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and Bistro items Recommend menu options and deliver excellent customer service Operate POS system and handle payments Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements:
Friendly and guest-focused attitude Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy shifts Basic math and computer/POS skills Ability to stand for extended periods Flexible schedule (hospitality is a 24/7 business)
