Crew Member/Cashier

General Communicate clearly, quickly and politely to co-workers Greet customers as they enter restaurant or drive thru Initiate and complete customer transactions quickly and accurately through the drive thru Process customer transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift Chill Prepare treat products Clean and maintain customer areas in compliance with restaurant safety and health code standards Properly and safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including related chill equipment Stock and execute proper rotation of products Completes assigned prep work for stocking and set up of chill area Break down and clean the chill area thoroughly at the end of every day Grill Cook, assemble, and wrap food products Stock product and preparation materials Accurately prepare food products following restaurant, health and safety standards and procedures Properly and safely operate and maintain the grill, fryer, freezer, and other related cooking equipment Clean work area, organize and stock needed items Stock and execute proper rotation of products Completes assigned prep work for stocking and setting up of grill area Controls food production process. Breaks down and cleans grill area thoroughly every day Skills/Knowledge/ Abilities Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume restaurant Working Hours Flexible schedules, days, nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Able to work in varying temperature ranges Able to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift to 25 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, and squat Certifications SERV Safe Certification a plus
